I've been self employed for years due to a change in circumstances and job I did not submit my 16/17 tax return. everything else is up to date and my tax is Paid for 17/18 18/19 how do you feel this will affect me many thanks.

My guess is they will average your figures for 2017/18 and 2018/19 and use that average to calculate the grant, so profit for 2017/18 plus profit for 2018/19 divided by 24 multiplied by 3 multiplied by 80%. I could be wrong.0
