Vodafone accidentally gave me a CCJ

Options
In 2013 I had a mobile contract with Vodafone. October 13, they’d extended it for a month for me and agreed it would automatically close down after 30 days.
In 2015 I was contacted by a solicitor for a debt of around £400. I spoke to Vodafone who accepted liability, apologised for the inconvenience and assured me I’d hear no more from them or the solicitor and my account had been closed.

I lost my job mid February due to the company losing a client and was given one weeks notice, my flatmates were moving out to have a baby in the coming weeks and with no job and nowhere to live, I had to move back home. I was looking for somewhere to live but my references failed, given I had a CCJ on my account. I looked into this and Lowell solicitors on behalf of Vodafone had taken a CCJ out against me in 2017.

For weeks I spent hours on the phone to Vodafone trying to deal with this, I was constantly  passed around and given conflicting information.
On the 26th February, I was told they had requested my file back from the solicitors, this would be with Agency Liaison and back with Vodafone within 3-5 days. The credit file team at Vodafone would then request for the credit marks to be removed the same day. This would take up to 60 days to show on my credit report but it would take 2 days to reflect on my account and as of this date, anyone running checks on me wouldn’t see this CCJ and I would be generously compensated for this situation.
I received 6 letters in February, one to confirm my account had been closed and the rest credit notes varying from £0-£260.
I was in a life threatening car accident early March and had spent 2 weeks in hospital.
A couple of day’s after leaving hospital, on the 19th March, I spent another 2 hours on the phone to Vodafone.
I called to make sure this has all been processed. Vodafone had said the account is still with Lowell and as of the 11th March Vodafone requested Lowell “delete the file” according to the credit file support team this can take 60-90 days to be removed from my credit file.
Every time I call it’s at least a two hour phone call with at least 3 departments because they can’t find the file as it’s so old.
Nobody has clarified what these credit notes are.
I received a letter from the county court a few days ago to say this will be removed from my credit file (it’s still on there at the minute, am I right that it will still take another 60-90 days to be removed?)
I wasn’t out for compensation at the time but given the stress they’ve put me through, (I cried so much on one of the many 3 hour calls I had,one day that the agent cried to!) the miscommunication and lack of clarity, delay in processes, I want to know what my rights are and if I should be entitled to anything?
Thanks,
Al

Everywhere has delays at present, the courts being no different.
Expect it to take longer, although it may happen quicker.
