XDP delivery nightmare

Ordered £250 worth of goods from The Range using my credit card. They sent my goods via XDP. When they finally turned up they only had 1 of 2 packages. The driver rang the depot and was apparently told not to deliver package 1 because he can only deliver a whole consignment. He promised to return 'later' that day. 3 days later I now notice that my consignment is tracked as 'Delivered' with a picture of my forged signiture. The signiture is part of their social distancing (acccording their website). I have contacted The Range and was told (after waiting an hour on the phone) that they will track down my parcel and get back to me today. I haven't heard anything yet, but of course will give them some time. Worried sick about whether I will get a refund because it is tracked as "Delivered". Anyone else been through this?
Thank you in advance.

Social distancing put a end to signatures. As couriers moved to taking pictures.rosie-marie said:Ordered £250 worth of goods from The Range using my credit card. They sent my goods via XDP. You will have to let the range go through their investigation, which will take a while, as they will have to talk to couriersLife in the slow lane0
