Have you got a friend / family member who can pick it up from your normal Boots and post it to you?
Thanks for the suggestion but I can't think of anyone in a position to do that.
Is there a community group of volunteers in the area who are helping people during the pandemic? There is here. One of the things they help with is collecting prescriptions.

Phone the branch of boots where the prescription is and tell them you want to collect from a different branch. They should be able to arrange either for the prescription to be sent between branches or for the medicine to be sent internally to a branch local to you.

If the OP hasn't yet sorted this issue, a pharmacist can release a prescription back to the NHS Spine. (This is the central NHS database), once they've done this they'll give you a long reference code which can be given to another pharmacy for them to retrieve the prescription from the Spine for them to dispense the items. I've used it a couple of times when items haven't been available or again when I've not been at home.

Thank you. I used an online service which successfully requested the prescription from the doctor and delivered the items to my temporary address.
