Companies rights to take money without consent

It's a very underhand way of trading and often in very small print at the bottom of an order page - easy to overlook.
If online purchase, agreeing to the T/C and sometimes something that is included in purchase invoice.
ie, item & trial period as a separate item.
If via phone, they ask if you would be interested.
If via post, it is usually are you interested in this offer or included in the T/C which of course you have to agree to.Life in the slow lane0
