Rion Sunroom

Does anyone have a sunroom on their property? Like the ones sold by Rion?  We had intended on putting a 3x3 conservatory up this year to be used as a dining space and but with lockdown there is pressure on the savings plus no contractors working at the moment it wont be happening.
We have come across an 8ft x 10ft sunroom by Rion that apparently can be self assembled and does not need major foundations. All for around £1500. Seems a bit too good to be true.  Does anyone have one?

If you Google rion sunroom reviews you get a good range of reviews.  Amazon seem to sell them and there are some very detailed reviews to read.

Getting something you can use as a dining room for £1.5k is the stuff of fantasy. They're advertised as greenhouses and that's what they are, so maybe fine for some times of the year, but either too hot or too cold to be fit for purpose at other times, with  condensation issues inevitable. Mind you, a badly-designed, small conservatory will not be much better, so consider that option with equal scepticism.
I say the above as an owner of a conservatory which is insulated as much as they can be. Like the people who are happy with their Rion structures, we're happy with it, as we had realistic expectations from the start. Most years, we'll be eating Christmas Dinner in there, but if not, it's no problem.

    Thanks Dave.
It really does seem stuff of fantasy.  I have been looking at reviews and its chalk and cheese, some people are raving about them, others saying a winter and the roof has caved in.
Since I posted our summer holiday has been cancelled and a refund is on it's way. So that plus holiday refund and spends gives us a larger budget.
We are in Scotland so still locked down. We had explored a conservatory with Anglian in 2018 but for 3.1m x 3.8m it was 22k. We discounted it as not worth it for what is ultimately an occasional use room.  Our kitchen is technically a dining kitchen I just find it a bit cramped with a table and 4 chairs  between cooker and fridge. For 22k I will just keep walking around  it.

For £22k, I'd look at extending the kitchen's dining area, if possible. We did that by demolishing a pantry and moving a window. Money spent on conventional space is almost always a better investment than temporary structure additions.
