Withdrawal From Stocks & Shares ISA & A Lifttime ISA

Hello, not really sure what the impact is here, but say for example someone wants to withdraw money from a stocks and shares ISA can they do that without effecting their seperate Lifetime ISA in anyway? I mean if withdrawal from the stocks and share ISA does that mess up any bonus paid by government on the seperate lifetime ISA later that year?
