HELP - Lloyds bank Bounce back refusal re SIC code error

Hi
I have had to make no end of phone calls, totalling 8 hours to date to try and resolve the fact Lloyds bank had entered my SIC code under a finance code when we are not a lender. They have amended it, but state that SIC codes are not a criteria that would stop this loan going through. I know for a fact that by credit score is very good, I have had no abnormal transactions with my account and baring in mind my business is in credit management and cashflow, would be poor show if I couldn't keep my books straight.
Funnily enough, however, I can get an alternative loan from Lloyds, just not the Bounce Back.
Can someone PLEASE give me some advice and let me know if anyone else has had issues with SIC codes being the reason for not being eligible.
I have already raised a compliant to Lloyds, and also calls into question the due diligence as well as following money laundering guidelines when setting up a business account in the first place. But I have a feeling I will be spending a further 2+ hours on the phone to regurgitate the whole story again.
Would really like Martin to post his thoughts on this too.
TIA
