Consumer Rights To Cancel Online Food Order Before Delivery

Hi everyone
Hope you are all keeping safe.
I am in dispute with Eversfield Organic who are refusing to cancel a food order that I placed for my elderly mother in March this year for delivery on 16th May (the earliest delivery date at the time).
I asked to cancel the order on the 5th May and was refused. They stated that they required 14 days notice before delivery to cancel.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 seem to be quite vague about cancelling long distance contracts for perishable food.
Does anyone have any advice?
Many thanks

Their site says "acceptance of your order will take place when we e-mail you to accept it" so if they've done that by my understanding a contract has been formed and the regs say:
the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
So it depends on what your ordered as to whether you can cancel.
They state: You cannot cancel any order that contains perishable products (for example, meat) after 9am two weeks before the delivery date you specify in your order.
Whether you can cancel part of an order I'm unsure.
