Bounce Bank loan for clubs or charities

Has anyone successfully applied for the Bounce Back Loan for a club or non-profit organisation?
The open letter from the Treasury to the banks lists unincorporated associations as being eligible for the loans but TSB states on its website

Quote "We can offer Bounce Back Loans to:

  • UK based businesses established by 1 March 2020

Clubs, Societies and charities are not eligible for Bounce Back Loans.

To find out about the costs of a Bounce Back Loan please visit"

Is this a restriction re TSB only or are all the providers unable to offer finace. As social clubs we are likely to be the last of the business to be allowed to re-open.

Just because we are non-profit associations does not mean we do not manage to make a surplus of funds (all be it small) at our financial year end.
