EasyJet flight at end of July

I have a family holiday to Italy booked in July, flying to Verona on the 18th July (Lake Garda) and back from Pisa on 1st August. The flights are with EasyJet, but not the holiday.
I want to move the flight back exactly a year, but currently am unable to do so, as flights are only open until May.
Does anybody know when they are likely to open up flights to July 2021? I am hoping it'll be soon, considering the situation. I have emailed them about a month ago, but no response.
Thanks in advance.

They will cancel at some point and you can rebook thenEx forum ambassador

That would actually be a good result. My concern is that flights may resume by then, but they won't have opened July 2021 bookings, and I will just lose my flights/money.

In a similar situation with Easyjet. I had booked to go to Verona for the Opera Festival at the beginning of July. In the last couple of days they have moved the entire 2020 festival back a year (dates slightly amended). There is a one month window to change tickets for next year commencing on the 15th May (the ticket website is very vague about refunds if you don't take this option, more talk of vouchers which for an Italian ticketing site wouldn't be of much use).
If I could be certain of flights etc I would be tempted and I know you can get the voucher but i'm just very wary of what the actual cost of those flights next year are going to be.
