    Corona virus restrictions in Wales (more conservative than those announced by Boris last night) will mercifully keep many motorists away, avoiding a fall into One Parking Solution's now infamous mantrap.

    This is bad news, if OPS have not yet been kicked out.

    ANPR cameras should be banned from all car parks, not just Council ones.
