Anyone else finding it impossible to get in touch they do not reply to messages now from over 8 weeks ago , and hang up as soon as you mention repairs after waiting over an hr on the phone
And can they change their terms because of the pandemic "We’re not able to support the following customers until further notice: all dishwasher repairs, any Instant Replacement agreements or those who need a chargeable repair service."
