Oven Under staircases

We are looking to remodel the Kitchen and wanted to place a Single built-in Oven (eye-level) under the stairs that protrude into our Kitchen. We are aware of some information that you need 35mm - 45mm air gap behind the unit, and 100mm below the unit but there is no mention of anything else.
Are there any regulations around having an oven in this location?
Can we have an oven in this location?
The current unit is 60cm deep and the staircase is 95cm. Pictures below of the area.

Air needs to enter the plinth, flow up the back of the over & out the top. I don't see why that can't be done in that situation.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

A staircase and kitchen cabinets would be made of similar material, ie timber. So long as you can satisfy the airflow requirements then I don't see the issue. If you want to be paranoid about it you could line it with plasterboard.
