Usb function on Humax Freesat box ..

Howdy! 

I hope that someone can help with a question I have about the above . 

I was wondering if there was a way of recording stuff onto this device from my IPad or Apple TV Box onto it.
As we are in lockdown , my gym instructor is sending me videos to work on at home . 

Rather than keep pressing the links on his email, I would just like to have all of his lessons together. 

Can it be done ?

A lot depends on the videos, if they're all coming from YouTube you can download them from YouTube and put them onto USB and you may be able to play them through the box.

Which Humax BOX , I doubt you can record from Ipad/Apple TV via USB, but which hummy have you got

Cant you just save them to the harddrive in the Apple Box?

thanks for your input so far . I believe it is a HDR 100s . 

Unfortunately for me, I threw away the box due to living in a small flat 
There aren't any usb sockets on the Apple TV . 

I do have a usb stick which was given to me by a friend many moons ago. 

I was thinking of say, connecting a usb lead from satellite box and connecting the other end into something to transfer it to . If it's too difficult , I'll leave it . It's just that if we part company those lessons might be erased in the future
