I booked a holiday with tui trying to get my money back. So i started a section 75 claim from the cedit card company Santender. They said i had to completed a form which they would send to me. Why can i not do it on line!? they said it would take up to 2 weeks to come. 2 weeks later no form phoned Santender they say they sent it. Ir must have got lost in post! So they are sending me another form. Why can you not put a claim in on line? Has anyone else had this problem with mail going missing. Just because you are paranoid it does not meen they are out to get you.

You just need to have a little patience, paranoid or not.
Lots of people have experienced mail going missing, but that's not important.0 -
Did you try the other more obvious avenues first?oldjohn_2 said:I booked a holiday with tui trying to get my money back. So i started a section 75 claim from the cedit card company Santender.

In the 2 weeks you have been waiting you could have rang TUI up and got it back 🙄🤦♂️0

Did you not first contact TUI to ask them for a refund, as surely this would have been the first thing you should have done?
Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0 -
And will be something Santander will want to know if you have tried. If not they won't do anything.
Given the situation at the moment, you will probably get a refund quicker from TUI than via S75 and Santander (or any other card provider)
How a bank operates disputes/S75 is up to them. Many people do not like sending sensitive details via email.Life in the slow lane0 -
Actually funnily enough the OP has absolutely no requirement to contact TUI as the credit card company are jointly and severally liable so the OP can choose who they go to
obviously good advice would be to try TUI first but there is absolutely no requirement to do this0
