Claiming a refund on a cancelled credit card

I have been told I will receive a refund for some concert tickets I bought as the concert has been cancelled. My issue is that I no longer have the credit card nor do I bank with them anymore. I see on the company’s website they won’t refund me the money to another card. They have been less than helpful when I have tried to contact them regarding this and so I am still trying to email them to find a resolution but they have stopped replying. When I speak to my previous bank they say there is nothing they can do and to speak to this company.

My question is, is there anything that I can do about this other than trying to find a resolution with this company?

Thanks in advance for any help.
