Stanstead Meet & Greet and Ryanair Booking

I booked to travel in May to Italy via Stanstead with Ryanair. I also booked Meet & Greet car parking.
My flights have been cancelled by Ryanair and I have been offered a voucher/refund for them, but not parking.
A message on the Stanstead website says Meet & Greet parking suspended until October.
Stanstead are telling me to approach Ryanair for a refund, Ryanair tell me they are not responsible for 3rd party providers, take it up with them?

If you paid Ryanair that's where the refund should come from.
Contact you card company tell them you want a Chargeback on  that transaction as they have cancelled it.
You might have to seen proof, which will be easy.
They can contest a Chargeback,  but with your one they would have no grounds too.
