Supply Teacher Furloughing

Just had it confirmed from my Agency that they do not believe I can be furloughed - but is there a way in?
Returned from overseas last summer to get a knee replaced, I then also had to get a shoulder reconstructed.
A great recovery thanks to NHS and ready to work March 2020. Agency got me some work starting 9th March, first payment 20th March - the day they said I was also placed on PAYE. So, I missed out by one day but I was employed and working from the 9th! OUCH?
Anyone know if the first day of work being well before 19th cut off date can get me under the wire or not?

Don't think so, it's payroll not your start date that matters.0

RTI submission must have been sent on or before 19th March for your employer to be able to furlough you. Even if it was going by posts on here most agencies are not furloughing employees because of how much it costs them.
