Beauty therapist working from home

hello all
my partner is a beauty therapist and is set up at home. Self employed but only in the last year so does not qualify for any money.
she is currently not working due to lockdown but when do people think she can open up as people are being told to go back to work.
if she was to open up. Masks, visors and precaution steps would be taken.
are there any beauty therapist already open or thinking of opening soon.
some reports say stuff like hairdressers and beauty will be open soon others say will be shut for 6 months

Isn't hair salons July at the earliest? That seems to be what our local salons are saying.
