So we had a break booked in August to go to London to watch sister act, because of covid19 thy has been cancelled but we aren’t allowed a refund on our Airbnb without it costing us 50% of the bill which is over £300, does anyone know anything about this and what we can do to cancel so we can get a full refund, we can’t rearrange it either, help 🙏

If you agreed to that in the T&Cs then unless they cancel it there is little I see you can do st the moment.
Does it go to 100% at any point before arrival?
