we have had our ferry to Rotterdam suspended. the as such we have been offered a credit note and a free rebooking for a ferry within the next 12 months not a refund! P and O are not answering emails!

Are you sure that the ferry crossings are suspended. I started a thread on this a few weeks ago. I was due to sail in late March but when I asked for a refund I was told that the ferry was still sailing for freight purposes and that I could still sail, albeit I would be breaking the current laws in the UK and probably the Netherlands. I was advised that as I a booked a non refundable crossing I was entitled to a voucher that could be used for a crossing in the future or possibly a mini cruise. I am having the same problem with Brittany Ferries for the return leg of my journey.0
