Holiday home booked in Scotland and how to get a refund

We have a holiday home booked for the end of June 2020 with Sykes Cottages in Scotland. Its just 3 people from the same household
I paid the amount due in full by credit card. I am in an at risk group for Covid 19 but I feel at this stage if travel is allowed we can social distance so we want to go. We will not cancel therefore.
If Sykes cancel what's the best way to pursue a refund?.
