Hi,
A post partly to warn others, and also to ask how I can best proceed. I have used pledge screen wipes for a while on my TV, screens etc. Recently I bought a nice new PC monitor - having used the wipes tonight on the screen to remove dust, I noticed they were leaving streaks, however on closer inspection & to my horror these weren't buffing out and were actually scratches. Looking at the wipes under a lamp, there are odd metal shavings/metal particles on/in the wipes and on some others in the packet. I have emailed a complaint to SC Johnson via their website and email address - I am absolutely gutted. I've taken photos of the scratch, the metal pieces and the packet, what else can I do?
Thanks all
