Are you 100% sure that your employer isn't making you use up your holiday whilst you're furloughed?You don't do overtime to earn holidays. If the employer does not make your husband use the holidays on furlough then they are still there.

Yes, he is making your husband do unpaid work by stealing his holidays. It's theft. Wage theft.0 -
Although the solution for his boss is quite simple, just give him the notice to use the holidays this month. Then he can do it perfectly legally.
