On The Beach - Changing flights

I booked a holiday on 30/12/2019 to Tenerife to fly out on 29/6/20 for 1 week.
We fly out with Ryanair and return with Easyjet.
I called On The Beach and asked for information / support to cancel the holiday and rebook another holiday next year with them.
I was told that the flight costs are non refundable however the flight operators may allow me to re book for another date BUT I would have to contact them directly.
Is this correct or should OTB be doing this on my behalf??
I made enqs with Easyjet and they offer free online changes / re-scheduling of flights however this can only be done on the phone if I haven't booked directly with them or Expedia??
I'm struggling to understand the options with Ryanair.
I'm mindful that the PM may announce a 14 day quarantine for passengers entering the UK soon and this will affect me hence the reason I want to change my holiday booking.
Any advice out there and apologies if this query has been answered elsewhere on this forum but I couldn't find it.
Thanks

Wait.
The earliest possibly date holidays to foreign tourists is the end of June. This is very very unlikely to happen before your holiday.
