Refund of National Express tickets including Tesco Clubcard Vouchers

I paid for National Express coach tickets using a combination of Tesco Clubcard vouchers and cash. National Express have cancelled the service, so am due a refund. Does anyone know if it is possible to get the Clubcard vouchers back in addition to the cash? I have messaged them, but they weren't particularly clear.
