Privately Bought Car Refund

I've known cars Cat D because the alloys were nicked. No damage to repair, just that buying new original alloys from the manufacturers and a set of tyres were worth more than the car so it was a financial write off and was recorded as Cat D.As others have said it's Caveat Emptor, buyer beware, when buying a car from a private seller. You gave him adequate chance to inspect it, you answered questions honestly to the best of your knowledge. Any claim against you will fall flat on its face.If he does continue with the threats phone the police. A knock on his door by a copper should put that to an end.2

Cat D is "claim is less than value, but insurer chose not to repair".0 -
Just a reply to everyone who took the time to message me. He's gone quiet which is a good sign. No keys were posted through my door. I thanks everyone for their time and I hope you're all staying safe!7
