somfy electric blind charger won't fit

Can anyone help please.
I have had somfy roller blinds fitted in my conservatory approx 8 months ago. They are brilliant but 2 of the motors played up so they replaced them. I have 4 blinds altogether and 2 are working fine but the original 2 that played up are now playing up a little once more. I managed to recharge one, after what seemed an eternity trying to get the tiny charging plug into the equally tiny port on the roller but now the other one also appears to need charging and I simply cannot get the plug to fit in.  I have emailed the firm but they are not working due to the virus. I did not receive any info on the chargers so cannot see if I am doing something stupid.
Has anyone else had this problem please.

i was wondering if you ever solved this problem as I am having the same issue.
the port and charger appear to be exactly the same size and I want to know if I’m being a complete idiot!
