Are you?   From what you've just posted, you seem to get this a lot, which only tends to be when a person posts inflammatory stuff.   Who was your alter ego posting name then?

Anything I've put that is incorrect, mistaken, misleading or just plain wrong please inform me via the forum

I just did.  In my last reply.  A couple of emails will put this one to bed.

I just did.  In my last reply.  A couple of emails will put this one to bed.

Reverting to type. Shrug. You have offered a difference of opinion only. So I could revise my post to "may be difficult" although that doesn't reflect my experience.

Your alter-ego account was someone who posted on the Motoring forum as well...there was a poster banned last month for posts like this.

There may have been, but it weren't to do with me. Like I said, just being honest. People should be told this(and are, albeit piecemeal) when they are decide to challenge a ticket. I suspect there is still the mind set that you can ignore a pcn however out dated that is.

I'm not misleading.
And I don't need to deny anything in a reply, the forum will be tracking IP addresses. I'll leave it as that but I will post the above in other threads where relevant. I will change the opening sentence to "can be difficult" however. Anything that is incorrect, as before, feel free to PM or mention in a post.

What part is misleading. It can be difficult, changed from is difficult. Is that not correct? It can be easy, too. However people need to know about what they are getting into. It's only fair.
The forum reportedly has a good success rate at challenging tickets. This however doesn't simply happen for the victim of these scams. It's not done by others, it will take a certain amount of commitment and effort on the part of the victim. In these times of mental health awarenss is is only fair, right and truthful the let people know about these facts. Challenging not for some people, whilst is for others. Only the person with the ticket can decide that and a decision is best made whilst all the facts are apparent. It's helping people.
