Intrum credit reporting

Ive been working through my debts for a while now but I’ve just got a question about Intrum if anyone has dealt with them before. It appears they are sending a default through every month even though payment is made every month by direct debit, I’ve had the account with them since Mid 2015 so was hoping that just over a years time my credit score may start going up nicely, will this be the case or with them sending a default every month I’ll have to wait until 6 years after the amount is cleared.

The monthly default is correct. It's just a status update.
The account will drop off 6 years from the initial default.
Don't worry about increasing your credit score. No one sees or care about it. Lenders just want to see you settle your debts on time.0 -
Thanks, I’ve got everything else under control over the last year where I’m now at the point of making early repayments to clear debts with interest first to save money, do you know if this will have an adverse effect with lenders?

Repaying your debts early is a good thing, not a negative.
The longer you take, the more desperate and undesirable you look.0
