Car Parcelshelf
Options
When selling a car would it make it more valuable to buy a replacement parcel shelf if it was missing (£45) or are you unlikely to recover that amount from an overall sale price?
Just wondering on views if a parcel shelf would make the car more "appealable".

You won't get the £45 back. The majority of buyers won't notice it isn't there, most of the ones that do will believe you when you tell them they are "only a few pounds on eBay", and will be beating you down anyway on the price.I would never buy a car from a trader with the parcel shelf missing (they would be replacing it before I take delivery), but it wouldn't be a dealbreaker on a private sale- I'd ask them to get it and put it back in. A lot of people "forget" they took the parcel shelf out and put it in the garage, you see them on eBayI want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
