You need to change this in 16,
"must be sent within 14 days" I think the word used in the PoFA is given, which means received.

Hello, received DQ checked newbie thread but some bits did not understand, do I sent them back by post or can sent it back by email as well? Do I have to sent them to court and cp plus or dcbl? and do I have to write which court exactly is closest or just to write defendants local court and they will allocate one

Why not just read the guidance that came with the DQ?  Obviously it doesn't go to CP Plus if they are using a solicitor.  Why woudl you write to them?  The claim form tells you that they are using DCBLegal for service of documents.

Email to the CCBC and DCBLegal is fine.
