How often is furlough pay paid?

I work full time and get paid weekly. The company furloughed all employees on 23rd March. We received our first payment on 1st May and this included backpay. When will the next payment be made? Is it paid monthly?
Thank you for helping to clear this up, .gov.uk doesn't seem to have an answer on this.

It is however often your employer pays you.

They should be paying you as normal, the CJRS is simply a mechanism for them to recoup the costs of paying you from HMRC.

You should get paid by your employer as normal. You need to talk to them about how they are planning to pay you.

The government website states that companies should run the payroll as normal and then claim the money back. But best to see what your company are planning, as it might be easier for them to do it monthly as you are weekly paid.

Can only add that although my personal tax statement shows 6 weeks furloughed paid to date I haven’t received a penny.

Yeah a week ago confirmed received payments but still no pay date confirmed.
I wouldn’t work for free so am clearly being punished.
Workforce of 12 only two ignored the working for free request and only two that I know for definite haven’t received a penny.  No  other staff appear to be even querying payments.

If they have claimed for it and not paid you, except for reporting them not a lot you can do unfortunately.
