Bounce Back Loan/ Sole trader registration?

Hello, I left my job in December to set up my business as I had some business lined up. As I already had a UTR number from doing similar work many years ago, I hadn’t registered with anyone but have my website up and running and have emails proving intended action before March.....
So, my question is, would I be able to apply for the Bounce Back loan or is it only for people who were recently registered or will my UTR number be enough to apply?

A UTR number only proves you file self assessment tax returns. You can check if you meet the criteria here:
