Hi,
i bought a bicycle today online for £250 but when I received it, the price on the box was £159. Do u think that I should contact the supplier and could I get some refund?
Hope anyone could help..
Thanks

It might previously have been on sale and the price has now gone back up. You could ask for a refund, but you aren't entitled to one of you paid the price advertised on their site.0

Are they actually selling it for £159? Why is there a price on the box anyway, are you sure that's not a wholesale price?sidick_10 said:i bought a bicycle today online for £250 but when I received it, the price on the box was £159. Your only right is to return the bike for a full refund.1 -
Something that cheap will be horrendous. Return it.

I've read that some physical stores have been packing up their stock and returning it to their warehouses for online sales. These items probably would have price labels on them that the warehouse staff haven't bothered removing.davidmcn said:

I don't know the state of the roads where the OP lives but around here (Surrey), I can see a cheaply made bike lasting a matter of weeks. The potholes and general state of many roads are horrendous, something that would wreck a low quality cycle very quickly.stragglebod said:Something that cheap will be horrendous. Return it.

At that price, they're known as BSOs. Bicycle Shaped Objects.1
