My family of 4 to Vancouver from UK in June has been cancelled.
The emailed state we will get a credit, no refund.
Will credit card company be able to get refund from s75?

Might be best to try Chargeback first as it will be quicker ( it might be reversed if they object)

Don't be put off if they say you can't, as you can, if they keep refusing ask them to make it a Section 75 as that is a legal right.
