Gullivers resort

hi all please can I confirm something I am due to go to gullivers resort on 26th & 27th of this month due to the pandemic gullivers said they would be closed and could rebook dates for us but due to having two young vulnerable children we don’t want to risk there health so I asked for a refund to be told they can only reschedule the dates how do I go about getting a refund.
