Tui refunds via Paypal

My wife and I booked a package holiday with Tui which was cancelled in mid-March. We paid the initial deposit of £100 with credit card and the balance of over £1500 with same card via PayPal. We received a refund of £100 but nothing else. No credit note or voucher. On getting through to Tui they tell me that PayPal payments are taking longer to process. Anyone else having the same issue ?

Refunds are done separately for different payment methods , it takes some timeEx forum ambassador

This has been mentioned many times in the Covid 19 Travel section on this forum.
If you refer to that you will find that PayPal refunds are taking longer than others as it is a manual process and there is a backlog.1 -
I’m new to these forums. Thanks for taking time to reply.1
