Vet4Pets Jag for Life Not Honoured

Has anyone had the same problem? Vet4Pets told me on my last visit that as my dog was not bring them any income they would not be honouring my Jag For Life contact with them. I registered with the Craigleith Edinburgh practice last year as Davidson’s Mains V4P had closed, with the lure of a promise to continue the contract. Before taking up the Jag For Life, I had checked this would be the case if their branch closed anyway. However , at this years visit for a booster, after refusing to have my 4Kg super friendly dog sedated for nail clipping (?!?!) and rejecting their offer to investigate another medical problem (which had already investigated and cleared) they announced that as they were not charging for any of her treatments (which ones????? there were none??) they would not be honouring her FULLY PAID UP JAG FOR LIFE. So basically, instead of being happy that my once critically ill dog now had a sickness free life, as genuine dog lovers would, the only counted the £££££‘S.
I would be interested to know if anyone has had a similar experience and the outcome.

Number 17 in their terms and conditions.

By the way it's jab not jag.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
A lot of people call them jags, especially in Scotland where ‘jaggy’ means sharp or prickly.1

Well I would suggest that you work out exactly how many vaccinations your dog has had and then compare that cost with the (presumably) upfront once-in-a-lifetime payment.
I think the average coast of a booster where I live is £30. If you have had quite a few jabs and not spent a whole load of cash forget it. If, on the other hand you have over paid for very little you maybe could try that route for a refund.
Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!
