halloweenqueen, I got my confirmation pretty much straight away. I checked my order online and it states awaiting security check which I am assuming is the credit card to verify you have the funds to cover the order and verifying the card against address.

I managed to put my order through at 18:24, it then said security check, then changed to contacting suppliers. Now it shows as Back Order/Pre-release.
Reading the info on the site not entirely sure what they mean - I won't be holding my breath....damn!!
I got a confirmation email through almost straight away though

I ordered a Wii last week from Woolworths and the same thing happened to me. I would not worry though as mine is now showing on route to store a week later so I hope I will be able to pick it up tomorrow

Had the same problem earlier today so called their customer services. Eventually got through and they told me it's a problem with my browser. They haven't got any in stock but they get them fairly regularly so keep checking.

First post but been an avid viewer....got my Wii from Amazon.de before they stopped shipping thanks to the advice on here.

There was a post earlier today about Wii Play in stock at Amazon.de. I ordered one and received confirmation for delivery by 11th December. Fingers crossed it's only the console they won't ship to the UK! Worked out at about £50 including a nunchuck.
