Quick look for couriers. The one I used to use has not got anyone listings at the moment. There are loads if you can be bothered to look through them.
  • Saw them in stock at lunchtime in Game in Redcar.
  • Thanks guys - but Im in North Scotland so not so easy. Ah well, back to the drawing board. !*&£"^* Argos!!!
  • Just back from my hols and my neighbour handed me in a box - thought it was maybe the Xbox360 I just won in a comp a few weeks back, but on opening it I discovered a Wii Console (sports) from Marshall Ward.

I had ordered one last month from them but then discovered that they couldn't supply them til next year, so I had phoned up and cancelled my order. Then they emailed me to say they had located stock, but wanted £199 for the Wii Console (inc Wii Sports) but by this time I had given up and told them I really didn't want one.

Now I'm in a bit of a catch 22! Do I send it back or just keep the bgger? There was no invoice paperwork inside but is def from Marshall Ward as there is a small label on the box.
  • Come on Amazon - Im ready and waiting!!
  • I ordered one from Marshall Ward catalogue for £199. Ended up getting one off amazon for £180 so cancelled this one.

Looks like it was too late because it turned up on Saturday anyway.

I'm currently waiting to see if a friend wants it, but if not does anyone want it?

Obviously, I'll be happy to sell for the amount it cost me £199. On top of that I can get it posted for £16. Although, if theres anyone in the South Wales area (specifically Newport) they're welcome to collect and pay cash.

I can take paypal but only if the buyer pays my fees so I'm not out of pocket. (about £7 on £200).

    PM me if interested.

Can anyone who owns a wii clear something up for me. Like the previous poster - I ended up with two wii's so I passed one on to someone in the office whose kids are desperate for one. I only opened the box that it was sent from Marshall Ward and not the actual wii box. My colleague has opened it up and is asking if there is a manufacturers warranty. We don't want to open the one that we got for the boys Christmas pressie. Does anyone know if there should be one in the box? Thanks.

Thanks..I have bothered to look. Royal Mail generally works out cheaper unless the packages are heavy, then the courier is the best option.

It's the insurance element I'm talking about though.

*INSURANCE INCLUDED FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE ONLY, UP TO £100*

Wouldn't risk that on a wii.

Inside the box..probably in with the manuals & sports games..there should be a card to send of for the warranty. Alternatively, there is a PIN on the card & you can use this to register for the warranty online at www.nintendo.co.uk

Same with me. No invoice just a small label in the box...

Cant remember if I paid up front for this or not? Or whether they send a bill?

I'm hoping they might forget they sent it to me since the order was cancelled :-)
