Dont despair if you didn't get a confirmation email from argos as i have just had 2 wii's turn from them.
I got am email for 1 of them but not for the 2nd one so wasn't expecting it to turn up.
My friend who i ordered the 2nd one for is so pleased i have managed to get her one for her son.

I forgot to say if anyone else got the email from Argos saying:

If we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will provide a full refund to your card if we have debited your account in advance.

It may be worth your while calling your bank and Argos to check, I ordered my wii around 9:30am

ARgh cant believe that Amazon just got some in and my router crashed at that point typical lol hopefully one of mse people managed to get one.

They have 24 in Game in Exmouth and are giving out tickets for the Wiis that go on sale at noon. I just picked up number 15 (5 minutes ago). They have 6 consoles + sports and then Nintendo bundles, at around £249. If you are local and quick a wii will be yours.

Hi,
I just ordered Wii Play from BTshop it's the only place I can find that will even let me order it so fingers crossed. I got a Wii bundle from Woolies after being on the waiting list and when I picked it up asked if they would get any Wii PLay in before Christmas and they said the only ones they were getting in were to go with their new Wii bundles - I only hope this Wi is worth all this stressing!!! I've just an extra Nunchuk to get now if anyone has any recommendations!?
