Game in Cambridge (the store near the Grafton shopping centre) had, and I quote the sales staff here, 'a shed load of Wii's out the back'. The bundles were extortionate but they were also selling them at £179.99 with only Wii Sports.
Hope that helps!Wiggly:heartpulsFB0 -

Amazon are dong that pick one of three consoles for a deal thing... now as i see it the ps3 is going to win (currently has 47% of the vote)... but i'm guessing amazon has put 250 wii's aside just in case.
By my reckoning that means 250 will become available and may be put into stock sometime after midnight... This is only a supposition... but it seems logical to me... so get f5 ing after 12.
I wouldn't bother F5'ing after midnight....see the link I posted because I believe Amazon have quanitites of 250 of all three consoles reserved for discounted offers to customers tomorrow.0 -
I read it the same as you hesjane.
It would be interesting to know how many voted wouldn't it to have a rough idea of what the odds are of you being one of the 250.(on any console)0 -

Well, everyone in my home now has an Amazon account:rotfl: and therefore has voted. We didn't all vote for the same thing - we genuinely voted for what we would like to buy at discount. I didn't particularly want a Wii as I have two anyway (thank you Toysrus and Amazon - although I have now found a good home for the Toysrus bundle at cost price).
I will eagerly check the site tomorrow but my luck with competitions has never been too hot. People think I have amazing luck because I always get bargains and discounts.....I do tell them about MSE but they don't always realise that you still have to work at it....ie regularly check the site, liaise with other MSErs and be willing to pass on luck (like the unwanted Wii) at cost price.....because generosity like that is always repaid by another kind MSEr.:T
Good luck to you with the customer vote0 -

well I am still awake....but it will only be worth it if I have won:rotfl:
I spent so many nights the last couple of weeks trying to catch Amazon's crazy stock 'minutes' and missing them cos I gave up and went to bed just before they put stock on that I am not sure I can cope with the wait to be disappointed yet again:rotfl:0 -
