well i know my neighbours either side but parcelforce delivered two doors up. parcelforce checked their paperwork and confirmed what house number it was delivered to. the manager at parcelforce said there was nothing they could do as there policy was that they can deliver to neighbours. i then moaned a bit and he finally gave in and said when his courier is back in work (monday) he will send him back to my neighbours to try and get it back? what are the chances of that ehh??!?!?:question:0

That sounds to me like rubbish from Parcelforce...surely they can't just deliver parcels where they like & then take no responsibility? If there were the case, surely they could just dump everyone's parcels at the local chippy & that would be ok would it?0 -

Why did you say
the neighbour now wont give it to us, and i've had to call the police
rather than
the neighbour said they did not receive a package?0 -

Good point Sparky, the OP should try shouting louder and higher up the command chain of parcelmonkeys, they cant just slope their shoulders on this one. The Depot general Manager should be next port of call, he wont like having his golf afternoon interupted by a !!!!ed off customer who has VALID complaint!0 -

Perhaps once Parcelforce can identify the neighbour that they delivered to the police will have more to go with - it is amazing how possible theft charge might assist with the memory!! I really wish you all the luck... And hope it all turns out for you...
Good luck!!0 -
sorry about my wording, but the people who live there aren't very friendly. we;ve been round there house 4 times. first they said they havent had anything delivered, then they said try again later incase it was someone else in the house, which when i went back he said no it was no-one there. its a few lads and you know when someone gives you that look! i fell they will be laughing behind my back0
