Once you add the product to your basket, if it becomes out of stock before you complete the order, they will add the item to your future products. On the page where it tells you "sorry this is now out of stock" there is a link that says "add to basket" on the left hand side. Keep clicking this until it comes back in stock. Just keep trying, it's took me 15 minutes but I've managed to buy one this way.
