Then had an unauthorized opt out credit search appear in my credit file from Eon Energy Solutions Ltd of which has
I now have to track back to see exactly how this hard search was applied, and which website.
These actions severely limit customers in applying for quotations, imagine a credit check raised against your file every time you want to get an energy quote.
Surprisingly did not get a hard credit check for the supplier I went with.
This is so dishonest of Eon Energy Solutions Ltd to credit check on a quotation only, hopefully issues like this will be investigated and EON be prosecuted like the banks were for miselling.
