Either way at the moment refunds are taking a long time for most retailer due to staff issues (so they say) Could be that they are moving staff to area's that generate the profit (sales front line) and leaving the back office staff short handed.Life in the slow lane0

I was thinking the same. Still, for TV and home cinema you’ve still got Richer Sounds. Never had a negative experience with them. I’ve even seen people compare their customer service to JL. But for a lot of other stuff, it’s either Currys or the internet. And Currys are sometime cheaper.0
