Euro car parts bank hol sale

Apparently Fred246 doesn’t trust any motor factors whatsoever and also won’t pay their inflated prices. He’s got a foundry and smelting pot in his back garden and can make any parts he wants at 1/10th of the retail cost. He also carries a piece of paper from the master guild of blacksmiths to explain that he has hand crafted all parts fitted to his car in order that he may disclose sight of said document to any recovery personnel that maybe summonsed in the unlikely event that he breaks down.

Thing is why does Fred have breakdown cover?KimJongUn88 said:Apparently Fred246 doesn’t trust any motor factors whatsoever and also won’t pay their inflated prices. He's never broken down and never will surely breakdown cover for him is like a helmet on a kamikaze pilot.0 -
My wife's NHS and I had to keep jump starting her car so I ordered a battery click and collect from ECP. I went to collect it at 5.30pm with her ID and bank card but they refused to let me take it as she wasn't with me. They were more keen to get off home early.AdrianC said:
ECP have real live shops - but they're only doing click and collect for key workers currently. And they say they'll ask for ID.twhitehousescat said:due to those reasons i was looking for bricks n motor shop

I'd imagine that most factors are similar... if they're open. That's when I ordered the same battery £10 cheaper next day delivery from Tayna.0 -
The click & collect is for key workers rather than people who know key workers.0

I once paid a £1 extra for next day delivery from Car Parts 4 Less. It arrived many days later. They said they were setting up a new warehouse. I was furious of course. I didn't even phone up demanding my £1 back. Bit uncharacteristic of me really. Mellowing in my old age.0

Had a very similar situation with my wife's car, ECP delivered a new battery within 2 hours of ordering. Don't forget Quidco, another £4 in the equation.chrisw said:
