Overseas Car Hire Refunds

Sorry to start a new thread, but I can't find anything relevant to my situation.  I booked a car with Iceland Car Rental (www.icelandcarrental.is) on 20th February 2020, for a trip planned for July 2020, using my credit card.  On their website it clearly states that you can have a full refund if you cancel up to 48 hours prior to pick up.  Due to health problems I cancelled this hire on 27th March 2020, and received confirmation of the cancellation and entitlement to a full refund.  However, it has now been 31 working days since the cancellation and I am still waiting for the refund.  Does anyone have any idea of how long it takes to issue refunds, and am I being unreasonable in expecting it to happen immediately?  Also, what are my options if they continue to stall?  Many thanks for your help.
